Molepeople? I thought it just had a lot of antigrav junk stuffed in it. Though, it would need someone there for maintenance. Huh.

Precisely, though the other floating island is run by others because the molepeople are afraid of the ocean that it hovers over. That Island is run by space dwarfs.
